Pricing:

Hourly Rates:

• Weekdays: £60 Initial Charge/1st hour + £40p/h for additional time if required.

• Evenings / Weekends: £80 Initial Charge/1st hour +£60p/h for additional time if required.

• Late Night (9pm - 6am): £135 Initial Charge/1st hour & £85p/h for additional time if required.

Note: Contactless Card Payments can be taken but an additional 2.5% surcharge will be added to invoice on completion.

Replacement Parts Costs:

• UPVC Cylinder Barrel: from £35.00  
• Mortice Lock (3 & 5 Lever): from £45.00 
• UPVC Multipoint Locking Mechanisms: Average cost is from £130.00 (parts will require ordering but customer property will be secured whilst awaiting delivery).
• Multipoint Gearboxes & Lock Cases: from £50.00 (if replaceable & cost dependent on manufacturer & model)

​Please Note: Some costs can increase depending on customers requirements of locks being replaced, prices above are minimum costs but all locks are different so these prices are all dependant on what is currently fitted prior to engineers attendance.
